1.Pricing & MOQ
 

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Is mixed loading allowed?

A:

· Electric logistics vehicles: _2_ units; Electric agricultural tricycles: _2_ units; Electric off-road vehicles: _2_ units.

· EV chargers: _1_units for AC chargers; _1_ units for DC chargers.

· Mixed loading is supported. Maximum_5_product categories per full container, with total order value no less than _5,000_US dollars.

· 

Q2: What is included in the quotation? Does it cover freight and certification fees?

A: Quotations are based on FOB China Main Ports (_Shanghai_, _Ningbo_, _Qingdao_).

· Included: Ex-factory price, standard packaging cost and domestic inland freight to port.

· Excluded: International ocean freight, destination port clearance fee, import tariff and certification fee. We can assist with certification application at actual cost.

 

Q3: What are the payment terms? Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?

A:

A: Yes, full sets of English documents are provided free of charge:
· Vehicles: Operation manual, maintenance manual, circuit diagram and BOM list.
· EV chargers: Installation guide, commissioning manual, OCPP documents and fault code table.
 
Q3: Do you provide technical training for local maintenance teams?
A: We offer online and offline training:
· Online: Tutorial videos for assembly, commissioning and troubleshooting, real-time video guidance.
· Offline: For orders over 50_ units, we can arrange engineers to provide on-site training at the buyer's location (fees apply separately).
